Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ophthalmological Surgeon to join our team. While our primary industry is Telecom/ISP, we are expanding our corporate wellness initiatives and require specialized medical professionals to ensure the health and well-being of our employees. This role will focus on providing comprehensive eye care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of eye diseases and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough eye examinations and diagnostic tests to identify vision problems and eye diseases.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ocular conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and refractive errors.
- Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Perform ophthalmic surgeries, such as cataract surgery, laser eye surgery, and other relevant procedures.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to surgical patients.
- Educate patients on eye health, preventative measures, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology and medical technology.
