Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and organized Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to oversee and manage security operations at our Kolkata facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their military background and business acumen to ensure a safe and secure environment for our employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures tailored for a BPM environment.
• Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to schedules, performance standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage access control systems, visitor logs, and surveillance equipment to maintain site security.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security operations, incidents, and training.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of security awareness programs for employees.
