Optometrist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Optometrist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services, including conducting eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems and eye diseases, and prescribing corrective lenses. You will work within our BPO/Call Centre environment, ensuring the visual health and comfort of our employees, and potentially supporting remote client interactions related to eye care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity, refractive errors, and binocular vision.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditions, including common refractive errors, dry eye, and glaucoma.
- Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses, ensuring optimal vision correction and patient comfort.
- Educate patients on proper eye care practices, contact lens hygiene, and the importance of regular eye check-ups.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and eye care technology.
- Potentially assist in developing and implementing vision wellness programs for employees.
- Handle inquiries and provide guidance related to eye health within the scope of optometric practice.
