Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests for employees.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye conditions and diseases.
- Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Advise on eye care, preventative measures, and lifestyle choices impacting vision.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments.
- Interpret and apply knowledge of labor laws and occupational health and safety regulations related to employee well-being.
- Collaborate with HR and legal departments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
