Optometrist - NBFC Sector (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Optometrist with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Jaipur. This role will involve providing comprehensive eye care services within our corporate setting, focusing on employee wellness and ensuring optimal vision health. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills and a good understanding of financial principles relevant to healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for employees, including vision tests, refraction, and screening for common eye diseases.

Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses, ensuring proper vision correction and patient comfort.

Provide counseling and education to employees on eye health, preventative care, and the importance of regular check-ups.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all privacy regulations.

Assist with the management of optical inventory and supplies.

Liaise with external ophthalmologists and healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care when necessary.

Utilize knowledge of M.Com to understand the financial aspects of healthcare provision and reporting.

Contribute to employee wellness programs and initiatives.
