Ordinary Seaman (OS) (LLB Required) - Mangalore

We are seeking an entry-level Ordinary Seaman (OS) with an LLB degree for our operations in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent law graduate looking to gain experience in a dynamic corporate environment within the travel and tourism sector. The Ordinary Seaman will support various operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures, particularly those related to maritime regulations and guest safety.

Conduct routine checks and inspections of vessel areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.

Support the legal and compliance team by reviewing documents, assisting with record-keeping, and preparing reports.

Provide assistance to senior crew members and officers in various operational tasks as directed.

Help maintain order and cleanliness on board, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all.

Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and assist in drills as required.

Liaise with shore-based departments to facilitate communication and operational coordination.
