Orthopedist at SR Security Services

We are seeking a dedicated Orthopedist to join our team. This role is crucial for providing immediate and effective orthopedic care to our personnel, ensuring their readiness and well-being within the demanding environment of the security services industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a practical understanding of musculoskeletal conditions relevant to physical occupations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments and provide immediate orthopedic care for injuries and musculoskeletal complaints.

Develop and implement treatment plans, including non-surgical interventions and rehabilitation exercises.

Advise on preventive measures to minimize the risk of orthopedic injuries in physically demanding roles.

Collaborate with HR and management on health and safety protocols related to physical fitness and injury management.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
