Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Com degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat as an Other Consulting professional. This role involves supporting various consulting functions within the Animation & VFX industry, focusing on financial analysis, process improvement, and project coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of financial data related to project costs, budgets, and revenue streams within the VFX and animation pipelines.
- Support the development and implementation of operational process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to track project milestones, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial forecasts, and operational metrics for management review.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Participate in client interactions and stakeholder meetings as required.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new projects and services.
