Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing strategic advice and operational support across various business functions within our FMCG organization. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and achieving business objectives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business challenges and opportunities within the FMCG sector.
- Develop and implement strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, market penetration, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain) to drive project execution.
- Identify and evaluate new market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
- Design and manage pilot programs for new product launches and business initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes of the company.
