Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile consultant to provide strategic and operational support across various functions within our organization. This role will involve identifying areas for improvement, developing innovative solutions, and driving the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and profitability in the pulp and paper industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes, operational workflows, and organizational structures.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations and action plans to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, measure outcomes, and ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Provide expertise in areas such as supply chain optimization, manufacturing excellence, sustainability initiatives, and market analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build internal capabilities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the pulp and paper sector.
