Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Program/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of diverse strategic initiatives within Maersk's global operations, focusing on optimizing processes, implementing new technologies, and enhancing overall efficiency across our ports and logistics network. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Drive project execution, track progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as appropriate for different project types.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes.
