Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program/Project Manager to oversee and execute a portfolio of strategic initiatives within our BPO operations. This role requires a proactive leader adept at managing complex projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, preferably within the BPO or IT services industry, and a strong understanding of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions as needed.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create lessons learned reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
