Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program/Project Manager to oversee and manage various strategic initiatives and projects within our clinical research operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the clinical research landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple clinical research projects.

Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Oversee the execution of clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with GCP, ICH, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and present findings to senior management.

Ensure quality and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all project deliverables.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management function.
