Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program/Project Manager to oversee and execute a portfolio of strategic initiatives within our retail operations. This role will be instrumental in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and achieving key business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risk assessment.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Track project progress, report on key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful integration of third-party solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
