We are seeking an experienced and proactive Other Program / Project Management professional with 3-5 years of experience and a postgraduate degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our BPO operations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects, from initiation to closure.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project execution.

Facilitate team meetings and drive problem-solving initiatives.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management framework.
