Role Summary:
As an Outplacement Specialist at Paytm, you will be instrumental in supporting employees transitioning out of the organization due to restructuring or role changes. Leveraging your M.A. degree and 6 years of experience, you will provide comprehensive career transition services, including career counseling, resume building, job search strategies, and interview preparation, tailored to the Indian job market. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a positive and supportive exit experience for our valued team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assess employee skills, interests, and career goals.
- Develop personalized career transition plans for departing employees.
- Provide expert guidance on resume writing, cover letter creation, and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Equip employees with effective job search techniques and networking strategies relevant to the Indian FinTech and startup ecosystem.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance interview performance.
- Research and identify relevant job opportunities and market trends for employees.
- Collaborate with internal HR and management teams to ensure a smooth and supportive transition process.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide empathetic support throughout the outplacement journey.
- Track and report on the progress and outcomes of outplacement services.
