Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Outplacement Specialist to support employees transitioning from our organization. This role is crucial in providing guidance, resources, and support to individuals navigating career changes and seeking new employment opportunities. The Outplacement Specialist will work closely with departing employees to develop personalized career transition plans, enhance their job search skills, and connect them with relevant resources within the Indian job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess career goals, skills, and interests of transitioning employees.
• Develop personalized career transition plans, including resume writing, cover letter development, and interview preparation strategies.
• Provide guidance on job search techniques, networking strategies, and leveraging online job platforms relevant to the Indian market.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as personal branding, salary negotiation, and career change management.
• Connect employees with relevant industry contacts, recruiters, and potential employers within India.
• Offer support and resources for further education, skill development, or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide empathetic support throughout the transition process.
• Track and report on the progress of outplacement services provided.
