Pain Specialist

Role Summary:
As a Pain Specialist within Infosys BPM's corporate health and wellness division, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to manage and alleviate pain among our employees. This role requires a deep understanding of pain management principles and a compassionate approach to employee well-being. You will work collaboratively with HR and occupational health teams to create a supportive environment that addresses the physical and psychological aspects of pain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess employee pain conditions through consultations and medical history reviews.
- Develop personalized pain management plans, incorporating a range of therapeutic interventions.
- Educate employees on pain management techniques, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers and specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor employee progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of workplace wellness programs focused on pain prevention and management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR on managing employees experiencing pain-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in pain management.
