Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Pain Specialist with 3-4 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical issues related to hardware and networking infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, hardware diagnostics, and problem-solving methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and network-related issues reported by users or detected through monitoring systems.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventative measures.
- Configure, install, and maintain network devices, servers, and other hardware components.
- Ensure network security and data integrity by implementing and enforcing security policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing their concerns effectively.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest hardware and networking technologies and best practices.
