Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Pain Specialist to join our Industrial Automation team in Noida. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience looking to contribute to our innovative projects. You will be instrumental in identifying and resolving operational challenges, ensuring the smooth functioning of our automation systems. A strong understanding of industrial processes and a problem-solving mindset are essential. Post graduation is not a requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and diagnose complex operational issues within industrial automation systems.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate pain points and improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and technicians, to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Document findings, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventative measures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial automation technology and apply them to problem-solving.
- Assist in training junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system operations.
