Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Partner/Director to lead and drive growth initiatives within our Media, Entertainment & Telecom business in India. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our content, distribution, and digital strategies, fostering key partnerships, and ensuring market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with content creators, technology providers, and distribution platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, content acquisition, and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation for assigned business units.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the Indian media and entertainment sector.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
