While a post-graduate degree is not mandatory, a proven track record in deal origination, execution, and client relationship management is essential. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the firm's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading to deal origination in investment banking, M&A, and corporate finance.
- Manage client relationships, understanding their financial needs and providing strategic advisory services.
- Oversee deal execution processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
- Prepare and present compelling investment proposals, pitch books, and financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments impacting the Indian financial landscape.
