Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods, adhering to strict quality and presentation standards.
- Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to understand ingredient interactions, stability, and optimal formulation for various pastry applications.
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste through precise forecasting and ordering.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and event organizers to conceptualize and create custom dessert menus for special events and productions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Experiment with new ingredients and techniques to innovate and enhance our dessert offerings.
