Pathologist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pathologist to join our Quality Assurance and Research & Development team. The Pathologist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the FMCG sector. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of our food and beverage products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct microscopic and macroscopic examination of biological samples and food products.
* Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including chemical, microbiological, and serological analyses.
* Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnostic reports.
* Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FSSAI).
* Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and validate new testing methodologies.
* Monitor quality control parameters and identify deviations.
* Maintain detailed records of all tests performed, results, and conclusions.
* Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in pathology and food safety.
* Participate in internal audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
