Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathologist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team at our operations in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong understanding of occupational health and safety within the metals and mining sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and well-being of our workforce through diagnostic analysis and proactive health monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microscopic and macroscopic examination of tissues and bodily fluids to diagnose diseases and conditions relevant to mining and metallurgical exposures.
- Interpret laboratory results and provide accurate diagnostic reports to occupational health physicians and management.
- Develop and implement health surveillance programs for employees, focusing on early detection of work-related illnesses.
- Collaborate with industrial hygienists to assess environmental factors and their impact on employee health.
- Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pathology and their application in occupational medicine.
- Provide expert consultation on health-related issues to the HR and safety departments.
- Participate in research initiatives related to occupational health in the mining sector.
