Role Summary: The Patient Service Assistant will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for patients within our hotel's specialized care facilities. This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent interpersonal skills to assist patients with their daily needs and ensure their well-being during their stay. The position is integral to providing a seamless and caring experience, bridging hospitality services with patient care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal assistance, and mobility.
- Ensure patient rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Monitor patient comfort and well-being, reporting any concerns to the nursing staff or management.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and other services.
- Assist with patient appointments and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Respond promptly and courteously to patient requests and needs.
