Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pattern Master to join our dynamic team at Cult.fit. The Pattern Master will be responsible for creating, developing, and refining garment patterns for our in-house activewear and athleisure lines. This role requires a strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise, production-ready patterns. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for fitness apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create 2D and 3D garment patterns for a range of activewear and athleisure products, ensuring accurate fit and construction.
• Translate design sketches, technical specifications, and mood boards into functional and aesthetically pleasing patterns.
• Perform pattern adjustments and grading for various sizes, ensuring consistency across the size range.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product developers, and sample makers to ensure patterns meet design intent and production requirements.
• Conduct fit sessions and make necessary pattern modifications based on feedback and testing.
• Maintain accurate pattern records, including digital files and physical samples.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in activewear design, pattern making techniques, and relevant software.
• Ensure patterns are optimized for efficient fabric utilization and manufacturing processes.
