We are seeking an experienced Pattern Master to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 3-5 years of experience in pattern making, specifically within the beauty and personal care industry or a related field requiring precision and technical understanding. You will be responsible for developing and refining patterns for various product components, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, interpret, and refine 2D and 3D patterns for cosmetic packaging, applicators, and other product components.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, and Manufacturing teams to ensure patterns meet technical specifications and aesthetic requirements.
- Utilize CAD software and other pattern-making tools to create precise and accurate patterns.
- Conduct pattern testing and validation to identify and resolve any potential issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of all patterns, modifications, and associated documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in pattern making and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
