The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and have a foundational understanding of product development within the consumer goods sector. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of our product formulations and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and refinement of product formulations based on market trends and consumer feedback.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to translate product concepts into tangible prototypes.
- Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, experimental data, and production batches.
- Support the troubleshooting of manufacturing issues related to product consistency and performance.
