Payroll Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Executive with 4-6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our finance team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for our Indian operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits to our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, including data entry, calculations, and verification of employee information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws, tax regulations (TDS, PF, ESI, PT), and company policies.
- Manage employee data in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and leave adjustments.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant government authorities.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits, providing clear and timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to gather necessary information for payroll processing.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates to the payroll system and processes.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll reconciliations and tax filings.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll-related information.
