Payroll Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees across various locations in India. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Processing monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and tax regulations.
• Managing employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits.
• Handling payroll-related queries from employees and providing timely resolutions.
• Preparing and submitting payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
• Liaising with HR and finance departments to ensure data accuracy and process integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or in a similar role, preferably in an Indian MNC.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll software and statutory compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
