We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of our payroll operations for our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, manage payroll taxes, and maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems and best practices within the Indian context.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees across India.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
• Oversee payroll tax filings and compliance with Indian tax laws.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on payroll-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations in India.
• Manage payroll software and ensure data integrity.
• Address employee queries related to payroll.
