We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee our payroll operations. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, managing payroll-related compliance, and improving payroll processes. This role is crucial for maintaining employee satisfaction and ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and tax regulations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes for a large employee base.
• Ensure compliance with all Indian payroll laws, labor regulations, PF, ESI, PT, and Income Tax Act.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all statutory compliances are met.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and tax laws in India.
• Manage employee queries related to payroll and provide timely resolutions.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits related to payroll, such as PF, Gratuity, and Superannuation.
