We are seeking a diligent and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of our payroll processing and administration within our auto components manufacturing facility in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, compliance with Indian labor laws, and maintaining employee confidence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems and a proven track record in managing payroll for a significant workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, calculation of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements for all employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll runs, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and other relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws, tax regulations (TDS, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and company policies.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related queries and statutory compliance.
• Generate various payroll reports for management review, including cost-to-company analysis, leave reports, and statutory reports.
• Handle employee payroll queries and provide accurate information and resolutions.
• Assist in payroll audits and ensure all documentation is accurate and readily available.
• Continuously review and improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
