Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Payroll & Transactions Associate. This role is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-1 years of experience looking to build a career in finance operations within the dynamic travel and tourism sector. You will be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll and managing various financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, including data entry, verification of attendance, leave, and other payroll-related information.
- Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, reimbursements, and other payments to employees.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support in the reconciliation of payroll accounts and preparation of payroll reports.
- Process various financial transactions, including vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and other operational payments.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all statutory payroll requirements and tax regulations.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and reimbursements.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in internal audits related to payroll and transactional processes.
- Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in payroll and transaction management.
