Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented M.Tech graduate with 3-5 years of experience to join our Payroll & Transactions team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and contributing to the optimization of transaction workflows within a dynamic software product environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance for a defined employee group.
- Reconcile payroll data with financial records and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Manage employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and reimbursements, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Support the implementation and testing of new payroll systems or software updates.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Stay updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices in India.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of payroll procedures and policies.
