Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll & Transactions Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, managing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. A Bachelor of Arts degree is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Manage and process various financial transactions, including expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and other operational transactions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and transactions.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and update them as needed.
- Reconcile payroll and transaction reports and identify any discrepancies.
- Liaise with HR and other departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related reports for management.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and transactions.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and financial transactions.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
