Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll & Transactions Associate with 0-1 years of experience, holding a B.Tech/B.E. degree, to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role will involve supporting various aspects of payroll processing and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with the finance and HR departments to manage day-to-day transactional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, ensuring all data is correctly entered and validated.

Support the reconciliation of payroll data with financial records and identify any discrepancies.

Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry, verification, and processing of invoices and expense reports.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of payroll and financial transactions.

Liaise with HR and other departments to gather necessary information for payroll processing and transaction handling.

Assist in generating reports related to payroll and financial transactions for management review.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws and tax regulations.

Learn and apply new payroll software and financial systems as required.
