Payroll & Transactions - Other - Packaging & Containers (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll & Transactions Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Thane. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and managing various financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll procedures and possess excellent organizational skills, with a 12th Pass qualification being a minimum requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory compliances.

Manage and process various financial transactions, including vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and employee advances.

Maintain accurate payroll records and financial documentation.

Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and other financial statements.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Support internal and external audits related to payroll and financial transactions.
