Pediatrician

Role Summary:
Delta Automation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our expanding healthcare support services. While our core business is industrial automation, we are committed to the well-being of our employees and their families, offering comprehensive on-site and remote pediatric care services. The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to children of our employees, from infancy through adolescence, ensuring their healthy development and addressing any health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and developmental assessments for infants, children, and adolescents.
* Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, infections, and injuries.
* Provide immunizations and counsel parents on preventative healthcare and child safety.
* Monitor growth and development, identifying and managing developmental delays or concerns.
* Manage chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, and diabetes in pediatric patients.
* Educate parents and guardians on nutrition, hygiene, and age-appropriate care.
* Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine and best practices.
* Participate in health education programs for employees' families.
