Role Summary: Delhivery is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees and their families, with a focus on child health and well-being. This role is crucial in supporting the health of our workforce and their dependents, ensuring access to quality medical care. The Pediatrician will work within our employee wellness programs, potentially involving on-site clinics or partnerships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine check-ups and physical examinations for children of employees.
Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and injuries.
Administer vaccinations and immunizations as per the national immunization schedule.
Provide counseling and guidance to parents on child health, nutrition, development, and safety.
Manage chronic childhood conditions and refer to specialists when necessary.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Participate in employee wellness programs and health awareness campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine and healthcare practices.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and company HR for holistic employee well-being.
