Role Summary: Andhra Paper Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pedicurist and Manicurist to join our wellness team at our Surat facility. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree who possesses exceptional client service skills and a passion for providing high-quality nail and foot care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a pristine and relaxing experience for our employees, contributing to their overall well-being and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, and polishing.
Provide specialized treatments such as paraffin dips, exfoliation, and massage for hands and feet.
Maintain a sterile and hygienic work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and any specific concerns regarding nail and foot health.
Educate clients on proper nail and foot care techniques and product recommendations.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain client records.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques in nail and foot care.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills, honed through an M.Com background, to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
