Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Performance Management Associate. This role will support the analysis and reporting of business performance within the agrochemical sector, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of sales, production, and financial data.
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review.
Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) impacting business performance.
Support the development and tracking of departmental budgets and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure data accuracy.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the performance management function.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
