Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Performance Management Specialist to join our team in India. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing performance management processes and systems across our industrial automation business units. The specialist will collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive employee performance and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and refine performance management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and line managers to support performance discussions and development planning.
- Develop and deliver training programs on performance management best practices for employees and managers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Continuously research and recommend innovative approaches to performance management.
