Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for Andhra Paper Limited. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical aptitude and a proven track record in managing paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the digital landscape.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize campaign efficiency and achieve KPIs.
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels for customer acquisition.
