Performance Marketing Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Sironix Medical Devices. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly within the medical device industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid search (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the medical device industry.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Identify new growth opportunities and channels for customer acquisition.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
