Performance Marketing Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Indore. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to achieve key business objectives, including customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Your B.Des background will be instrumental in shaping visually compelling ad creatives and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and creatives.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, digital advertising, and the hospitality industry.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy and brand storytelling.
