Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of our BFSI applications. You will work closely with development and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.
- Design and implement performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor and analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to understand performance requirements and resolve issues.
- Tune and optimize application performance based on test results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies.
