Performance Testing Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer with 4-6 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Nasik. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our educational technology platforms and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices within the EdTech domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for web and mobile applications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze test results, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Monitor application performance in production and pre-production environments.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve performance issues.
- Document test cases, test results, and performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and EdTech.
