Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Testing Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of our critical business applications and systems within the FMCG sector. This role is crucial in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks before they impact our operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
- Execute performance tests, including load, stress, soak, and spike testing.
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to understand application architecture and performance requirements.
- Monitor system performance during testing and production using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
- Participate in performance tuning and optimization efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies.
